Terms of Service

1. Eligibility to Purchase
   By placing an order with RISynth Bio, the customer certifies that they are at least 18 years old, purchasing solely for laboratory research purposes, and authorized to handle research chemicals in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Research Use Only
   All RISynth Bio products are intended strictly for laboratory research use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, nor for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. Any misuse—including administration to humans or animals—may violate federal law (e.g., the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act).

3. No Liability
   RISynth Bio, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unlawful application of its products. Products must only be handled by qualified professionals trained in the use of research chemicals.

4. Customer Verification
   RISynth Bio reserves the right to verify intended research use and may deny service to any individual or entity suspected of misuse or false representation.

5. Indemnification
   Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless RISynth Bio, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of products.

6. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
