  As we grow, here’s what stays consistent
We operate with a few core standards designed to keep things smooth, fair, and transparent for everyone:

- In-stock items ship immediately
- Pre-order items ship separately once available
- Some pre-orders are already scheduled and en route  ( indicated by a date near the variant)
- Others help us gauge demand before stocking at scale  

If a pre-order item does not meet the required demand threshold, customers are notified and fully refunded. No one is left waiting or guessing.

You may notice certain items move in and out of availability. That’s a direct reflection of demand and allows us to stock responsibly while maintaining quality and pricing.

   Why we’re sharing this now
As our subscriber list continues to grow, we want every customer, whether you joined early or just arrived, to feel informed and confident.
